Abstract: Ethics system is a hierarchical structure made up of ethics, morality and etiquette. Ethics has more noumenon, whose connotation and basic principles must be understood deeply. Morality has more subjectivity, and should be fully exploited. Etiquette as the carrier, need to be utilized and taken seriously. The construction of librarian professional morality should take on systematic methods and ideas based on their features and functions, to get integrated effect, with the cultivation of librarian’s professional idea as the base, playing the moral initiative of all kinds of subjects in librarianship as the core, and the professional etiquette as the necessary content.
