Abstract: Open linked datasets in the related fields of geographic have a huge amount of data and data sharing practice. Related research on the investigation of open linked datasets is of great benefit to understand the current situation, characteristics and application of linked open datasets. This paper analyzed 89 open linked datasets in the related fields of geographic from the themes, formats, outgoing and incoming links and used vocabularies, and summarized the relationships among the linked open datasets, theme features and the possible applications, so as to provide a positive impact on further discussion and research on the realization of Semantic Web and the construction of Smart Planet and Smart Cities.
