摘要: 组织文化是组织核心能力的基础。图书馆作为组织实体,应充分认识组织文化与核心能力的关系,进而建设有利于增强核心能力的组织文化。在此阐述了核心能力和组织文化的基本概念,并对构建适应图书馆核心能力的组织文化进行了详细论述。

Abstract: Organization culture is the core competence of the organization based. The library as organization entity, should fully understand the organization culture and core power relations, and to strengthen construction of the core competence of the organization culture. This paper expounds the core ability and organizational culture of the basic concepts,and to construct the core competence of the library organization culture are discussed in detail.
