摘要:

[目的/意义] 当前中国信息资源管理领域高层次人才需求快速增长,但博士培养规模有限、毕业生结构单一,与快速扩张的岗位需求之间存在结构性矛盾。为弥补现有研究对博士就业市场供需关系关注不足的问题,本研究旨在从供给侧与需求侧双维度揭示中国信息资源管理博士人才的就业结构、市场需求变化及供需匹配状况,为博士培养体系优化和人才政策制定提供实证依据。 [方法/过程] 本研究构建博士人才供需数据库,其中供给侧数据覆盖2016—2024学年(含博士点、招生与毕业数据),需求侧数据覆盖2016年至2025年1月(含高校、科研院所、军队文职、高校图书馆及企业等单位的博士岗位招聘信息),并辅以2024年10月至2025年1月开展的问卷调查获取毕业生微观就业特征,所有数据采集时点统一为2025年1月。研究采用描述统计、结构分析和供需对比分析等方法,对博士培养规模、岗位类型演变和市场需求趋势进行系统刻画。 [结果/结论] 研究显示,中国信息资源管理博士人才供给整体规模有限、区域分布不均,部分方向存在明显供给不足;需求侧则呈持续扩张态势,高校依然是主要吸纳主体,但军队文职、高校图书馆和科研院所等机构的招聘需求增长显著,岗位类型呈多元化发展。整体供需规模逐步趋于平衡,但在区域结构、岗位层级、能力要求等方面仍存在突出的结构性不匹配。研究认为,应通过优化博士培养结构、强化实践能力训练、促进区域人才流动与拓宽就业渠道等方式缓解供需矛盾,从而提升博士人才市场的整体匹配度与有效性。

Abstract:

[Purpose/Significance] Against the backdrop of China's vigorous promotion of the digital economy and and transformation of digital governance, the discipline of information resource management, which is crucial to national information strategy and intelligent industry development, is in high demand for innovative, high-level talent. Doctoral talent, as the core of disciplinary frontier research and professional practice innovation in disciplines, is currently facing severe challenges in labor market supply and demand matching. The overall scale of doctoral training in this field is relatively small, and graduates tend to be homogeneous in terms of their training orientation, knowledge structure and research direction, which is difficult for them to adapt to the diverse, hierarchical and practical needs of the expanding job market. However, the existing academic research pays insufficient attention to the systematic analysis of the supply-demand relationship in the doctoral employment market, and lacks in-depth empirical investigation on the structural characteristics and dynamic evolution of supply and demand. Therefore, this study uses an analytical framework of supply and demand, to conduct an in-depth exploration of the employment structure, market demand trends and degree of supply-demand matching degree of doctoral talent in information resource management. This study aims to provide solid empirical support and practical guidance for optimizing the doctoral training system, adjusting the training direction and formulating scientific and effective talent policies. [Method/Process] This study constructs a comprehensive and multi-dimensional database for analyzing the supply and demand of doctoral talent. On the supply side, it systematically collected the data of doctoral program distribution, enrollment scale and graduation status from 2016 to 2024; on the demand side, it collected a large number of recruitment information from 2016 to January 2025, covering universities, research institutes, military-civilian integration positions, university libraries and high-tech enterprises. Meanwhile, a questionnaire survey was conducted from October 2024 to January 2025 to obtain the micro-level employment characteristics of graduates. All data were unified and calibrated to January 2025 to ensure the consistency and comparability of the research data. Based on descriptive statistics, structural analysis and supply-demand comparative analysis, this study systematically examined the dynamic changes of doctoral training scale, the diversification process of job types and the evolution trend of market demand. [Results/Conclusions] The results show that the overall supply of doctoral talent in information resource management in China is insufficient, the regional distribution is extremely imbalanced, and there is a serious shortage of talent in emerging interdisciplinary fields. On the demand side, the market demand shows a continuous expansion trend, universities are still the main employers, and the recruitment demand from military-civilian positions, university libraries and research institutes has increased significantly, and the types of positions are increasingly diversified. Although the overall scale of supply and demand is gradually balanced, structural mismatches are still prominent in regional distribution, job hierarchy and competency requirements. Therefore, this study suggests that we should optimize the doctoral training structure, strengthen the cultivation of practical and interdisciplinary abilities, promote the rational flow of talented people among regions, and expand diversified employment channels, so as to effectively alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand and improve the allocation efficiency and matching quality of the doctoral talent market.
