摘要: [目的/意义]文章批判性研究了信息素养项目(Project Information Literacy,简称PIL)的主要研究成果与核心发现,旨在为中国的信息素养研究与实践提供参考。[方法/过程]作者通过历史分期、文献调查等方法,全面梳理了PIL主要研究成果和核心发现,指出其系统梳理了不同情境下大学生的信息行为,全面总结了大学生身份转变中的信息挑战,并且针对不同群体提出了促进大学生学习研究的建议。[结果/结论]PIL项目为信息素养理论与实践工作提供一定的经验借鉴:(1)紧跟时代发展,重视大学生信息素养的持续变化;(2)整合多方力量,构建大型研究项目的长效机制;(3)理论联系实践,重视信息素养研究的实际作用。

Abstract: [Purpose/Significance] To draw on the main research results and core findings of Project Information Literacy (PIL) in the United States to provide reference for the information literacy research and practice. [Method/Process] Using historical stages, literature survey and other methods, the author comprehensively reviews the main research results and core findings of PIL, points out that it systematically investigates the information behavior of college students in different situations, comprehensively summarizes the information challenges in the transformation of college students' identity, and puts forward suggestions for different groups to promote college students' learning and research. [Results/Conclusions] PIL provides some experience for information literacy theory and practice: (1) to keep up with the development of the times and pay attention to the continuous changes in college students' information literacy; (2) to integrate multiple forces and build a long-term mechanism for large-scale research projects; and (3) to link theory to practice and pay attention to the practical role of information literacy research.
