Abstract: It's a main trend in the development of the library that shift towards knowledge consulting service by library reference service , however the arrival of the era for the big data caused a lot of challenges for the consulting service of library knowledge. Knowledge consult need comprehensive data support, the large amount of data consultancy services for knowledge development bring severe challenge, use information technology to solve these difficulties into the library is an important choice. In this article, how the knowledge consultation service and the application of data mining are discussed in this article, focused on its application in data collection, the reader behavior analysis.
