Abstract: The circulation department of Library and the window as front-line departments,directly reflects the service quality of the library and service quality. Because of the working environment and labor intensity, the first sector of the librarian appears gradually work duties, psychological imbalance now, influence the development of Library cause. This visit, questionnaire survey of 6 University Libraries in Shenyang first department, discusses the library first department work status, existing problems, and proposed the corresponding solution, management and development for university library plays a certain reference role.
