摘要： 文章解析了流通业务外包的概念和利弊,提炼了图书馆流通环节的核心业务,建议成立外包管理小组,以读者满意为中心,处理好外包交接工作并做好外包的质量管理。

Abstract: This paper analyzed the concept as well as the pros and cons of circulation business outsourcing, and refined the core business of library circulation, and recommended to establish outsourcing management team to disposed the outsourcing transition and quality management with readers as the center.
