摘要： MOOC平台为学习者免费开放学习资源,有可能解决公共图书馆因资金、时间等问题而无法实施EAP管理的困境,是公共图书馆EAP发展的一个新方向。

Abstract: MOOC platform provides free and open learning resource for learners, which can possibly solve the dilemma of public library in implementing EAP management because of the funds and time, and is a new direction for the EAP development of public library.
