摘要: MOOC起源与国外,美国是全球MOOC发展的主导力量,在MOOC的发展中积累了许多宝贵的经验,在图书馆领域中异军突起,尤其是在公共图书馆MOOC开展中更是卓有建树,为MOOC发展提供了多方面的支持:举办小组讨论活动、提供免费网络和资源、充当版权顾问,开发并提供MOOC等。中国可以借鉴美国公共图书馆的成功经验,发挥自身人力资源、馆藏资源以及“第三文化空间”的作用,为MOOC发展助力。

Abstract: United States is the world's dominant force in the development of MOOC which originated in abroad, and has accumulated much valuable experience. It is accomplished especially in the public library and provides a variety of support for the MOOC development in the field of library, like organizing group discussion activities, providing free network and resources, acting as the copyright consultant, developing and providing MOOC and so on. China can draw lessons from the successful development experience of public libraries in United States, and give full play to its own human resources, library resource and the role of "the third culture space".
