Abstract: In the information age, extended service for vulnerable groups is an important part of public library construction that should not be ignored. Taking Yantai Library as an example, according to the demand features, this paper used the expert grading method to evaluate Yantai Library’s extended service for vulnerable groups, and exploited that Yantai Library conducted less condolences with retired veteran cadres, less minors' library reading activities and report frequency, less reading activities of guidance, and less book aid for migrant workers and their children, and put forward the service improvement strategies.
