Abstract: Local literature usually is precious cultural resource for a country and a local region, and also the most distinctive part in public library’s collection. Improving the system design of local literature construction and promote the development, management and service innovation of local literature on the basis of relevant nation policies is of great practical importance for protecting and inheriting excellent Chinese culture, laying a solid foundation for national culture security and building a strong nation of socialist culture.
