Abstract: In the new period, network technique develop quickly, the form of the carrier of periodical resources is continually changing, periodical resource become very rich. If Periodical librarian wants to do a good job, he must transform the traditional way of working, with three-dimensional vision to review and comb all aspects and each link of the work again. Through the work above, he can find new content of work and change the method not suitable for the job, adapting to new demand of periodical work in network era.
