摘要： 介绍国外信息素养评估标准研究进展和评估方法,阐述国外信息素养评估典型案例,揭示其对国内信息素养评估和建设的借鉴和指导意义。

Abstract: The essay does research on the progress and methods of foreign information literacy assessment,introducing typical cases of information literacy evaluation,revealing its reference and guidance value.
