摘要/Abstract

摘要： 对9个图书馆地方性法规进行分析,提出了只有5部地方性法规有读者知情权的观点,并对地方性法规中的读者知情权规定进行了综述。根据这些综述,总结了地方性法规中有关读者知情权规定的贡献和不足,提出了今后图书馆立法中读者知情权规定的建议。

Abstract: The author thinks that only five library local regulations have reader’s right in the konw in the nine library local regulations. reader’s right in the konw in every library local regulations are reviewed .The author Summarized the contribution and insufficient in the local regulations concerning reader’s right in the know. The author put forwards the advices of reader’s right in the konw in the library Regulations.
