摘要: 分析了高校图书馆数字资源的准公共物品特性、信息不对称特性、需求替代特性和商品特性。针对数字资源利用率低的现状,提出了建立资源宣传经费账户,成立数字资源宣传部,建立数字资源宣传考核和激励机制,运用市场营销理念进行数字资源宣传的一系列优化措施,以提高数字资源的利用率,促进数字资源建设的可持续发展。

Abstract: The basic purpose of the library is to provide the service for the vast readers. Service innovationis the fundamental goal of the existing and development of library that determines the service level andservice ability. Facing the shortage of the human resource, if the volunteer troop participates in the servicework of the university library, it will relax the contradiction between the reader’s requirements and reader’s service in some degree. At the same time, library volunteer service provides the opportunity of socialpractice for the volunteers and provides the platforms of the social practice, the self-exercise, professionaldedication, social responsibility. The university library can establish the volunteer management system,the rules and regulations and the reward mechanism to make the volunteer activity be in full force andimprove the quality of service.
