摘要: 从人力资源开发和馆员职业能力的内涵入手,以石河子大学图书馆为研究对象,采用文献资料法、访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法,全面了解和分析该馆人力资源开发的现状,得出馆员的工作能力没有得到充分的发挥,职业能力有待提升。最后,对如何通过开发人力资源提升馆员的职业能力提出建议。

Abstract: Starting from the meaning of human resource development and professional ability,this paper taking Shihezi University as an example,uses the methods of literature reviews,investigation and questionnaire study,understand and analyze the status of human resource development in the library fully,then points out the problems that librarians do not exert their professional ability sufficiently,and put forward strategies for developing human resource and improve Library professional ability in the end.
