Abstract: The thesis, based on the analysis of the school-running orientation and characteristics of the library structure in higher vocational school, discusses the dynamic balance of periodicals in the following fields ---- the construction of key specialty and related specialty, paper periodicals and electronic periodicals, periodical resources and book resources.Finally, the author comes to the conclusion of a principal of the construction of periodical resources.
