摘要/Abstract

摘要： 信息技术和移动通讯技术的发展正在改变着人们获取信息的渠道和方式，以智能手机和移动通讯设备为依托载体的移动信息素养教学和培养，已经成为今天图书管理员面临的巨大机遇和挑战。大学图书管理员要适时调整自身定位，接受新知识创新技能，为用户提供更多更好的在线和现场服务，保持图书馆发展的生机与活力。

关键词: 移动通讯设备, App, 移动信息素养

Abstract: The development of Information technology and mobile communication technology is changing the way of people gaining information, the mobile information literacy teaching and training based on smart phone and mobile communications devices has become huge opportunity and challenge the librarians are faced with. University librarians should adjust their own position timely to accept the new knowledge and innovation skills, providing users with more and better online and on-site services, maintaining the vigor and vitality of library development.
