Abstract: In order to meet the needs of information literacy in the new information technology environment, this paper improved the information literacy training mode in universities by learning from the experience of domestic and overseas information literacy training, and used the library network information literacy training platform, information literacy teaching, information literacy training platform embedded in colleges, wired and wireless information communication equipment utilization platform, to build a user-centered, diversified information literacy training mode, so as to enhance the user's information literacy education attainment rate and the ability of users to innovate the use of information.
