Abstract: This paper discussed the application of wechat platform in public library service, and expounded how library used information service carrier to meet the development requirements of informatization and digitization, and analyzed the relevant principles on the combination of reader service and wechat platform and showed the specific case of Guangxi Library, and then discussed the functions of wechat platform in reader service from three aspects, and finally put forward the construction and application suggestions of wechat platform in library information service.
