Abstract: From the the development history of big data, it has risen to the national development strategy of many countries nowadays. However, there is no unified definition of big data so far. Big data has changed the traditional IT architecture and data storage, but also brought a huge impact on digital library, which will reform the thinking of library to big data thinking way. Library will face a huge challenge in data storage, data mining and data analysis, while big data is to become the main Theme of digital library construction, and promote the further development of digital library’s personalized service.
