摘要： 文章从总分馆体系运营过程中出现的问题入手,通过分析总分馆体系标准化管理的基本概念,形成利用标准化管理解决运营中问题的思路,进而引出长春市协作图书馆实施总分馆体系标准化管理的具体步骤。

Abstract: Starting from the problems in the operation process of central and branch library system, through the analysis on the basic concept of standardized management, this paper tried to use standardized management to solve the problems in operation, and introduced the specific steps by taking Changchun Cooperate-library as example.
