Abstract: Migrant workers have become an important group in the process of China’s social development at present because of their lower life and marginal work. Due to the huge population, the quality enhancement of this group is not only related to the social stability and harmony, but also closely related to the overall progress of society. Therefore, maximizing the social resource to serve migrant workers has become a broad consensus. This article first analyzed the existing problems in China’s urban public library service for the vulnerable group of migrant workers, and then discussed the restricting factors, and finally gave the realistic paths for using urban public library to service migrant workers.
