图书馆体验服务探析

摘要: 采用文献法收集国内外体验服务相关研究文献,介绍了体验服务的相关概念及研究现状,提出用户需求、技术进步、激烈竞争是图书馆开展体验服务的动力机理,最后为构建图书馆的体验服务提了三点建议,旨在引起图书馆界对体验服务研究的重视,提高用户满意度和忠诚度.

Abstract: This paper adopts the literature method to collect related documents on the experience service research. Then it introduces some related definitions and research advancement. User demand, technical progress and sharp competition are dynamic mechanism of experience service. Three suggestions about experience service are put forward. The goal is to draw attention on the experience service research for the library, and improve user satisfaction and loyalty.
