摘要: 公共图书馆是面向公众的知识服务机构,知识管理是创新知识服务的有效途径。在知识经济时代下,将知识管理运用到公共图书馆的管理体系中,提升公共图书馆的职能服务水平,拓展服务范围,提升服务质量,是时代对公共图书馆的发展要求。考虑公共图书馆的服务职能和服务需要,结合公共图书馆的部门组织和业务工作内容,探讨了知识管理在公共图书馆中的具体实现方式,重点讨论了图书馆的团队知识管理和知识咨询服务。

Abstract: Public libraries are knowledge-oriented public service organization, knowledge management is an effective way to innovative knowledge services. In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge management will be applied to the public library management system, improve the functions of the public library service level, expanding the scope of services, improve service quality, is the demand of the times for public library development. Consider service functions and services required by the public libraries, combined with the business sector organizations and public libraries work content, discusses the specific implementation of knowledge management in the public library, the library's team focused on knowledge management and consulting services.
