摘要： 从高校图书馆自身发展及面向企业开展特色数据库营销的必要性着手,根据企业特点,提出立足校企合作下的特色数据库服务模式框架。

Abstract: Beijing Academic library & Information System in other words BALIS as a regional information resource sharing service system is established under the joint leadership of the Beijing Municipal Education Commission and the Beijing Committee for Academic library. Since its establishment, System has made remarkable achievements, but there are still many shortcomings and problems, for the completion of the Beijing "12th Five-Year Plan", towards the city of Beijing to the international development goals, We need to accelerate the development and improvement of Beijing Academic library &information system.
