[Purpose/Significance] The 10-year fishing ban in the Yangtze River is a great decision made by the central government based on its overall plan and for the sake of future generations. The reconstruction of fishermen's livelihood is the key and premise in this fishing ban. [Method/Process] This paper took the fishermen who have moved ashore as the research object, and conducted a relatively scientific, systematic and baseline tracking study on the reconstruction of the livelihood of the fishermen after the complete ban on fishing in the Yangtze River. On the basis of clarifying the connotation of the reconstruction of the livelihood of the fishermen who moved ashore the study combined the typical cases investigated to analyze the mode, effects and countermeasures on the livelihood reconstruction of the fishermen in the Yangtze River. [Results/Conclusions] Firstly, the livelihood reconstruction can be divided into broad and narrow senses. The former is a comprehensive investigation under the framework of sustainable livelihood analysis, while the latter focuses on livelihood paths and employment, and includes at least three levels of meaning of substitution, suitability, and sustainability. Secondly, the fishermen's livelihood reconstruction model can be classified into three categories including the government-led, fishermen-led and enterprise-led models. Each of the three modes has its advantages and disadvantages. At last, the fishermen's livelihood reconstruction effect still needs to be improved, which are afffected by both internal and external factors. The former is reflected in the objective constraints of low livelihood capital of fishermen, their low willingness to re-employment, and the subjective reasons of policy gaming. The latter mainly includes the inaccuracy of employment supply, limited financial support, scarcity of natural resources, and low social participation. It is necessary to fully recognize the key role of livelihood reconstruction of fishermen after the fishing ban, and strengthen theoretical research and practical exploration. In the future, the local government should start from coordinating and handling four relationships between the government and the market, short-term and long-term, fairness and efficiency, and protection and scientific development, and take multiple measures to improve the replacement, suitability and sustainability of the livelihood reconstruction of the fishermen who have moved ashore after fishing ban in the Yangtze River.

[Purpose/Significance] Emotional experience is a purely subjective feeling of the interaction between users and products. Exploring user participation behavior and influencing factors in online health communities under the influence of user emotional experience has obvious significance for retaining users. [Method/Process] A total of 25 users of the online health platform were selected as the research objects. The semi-structured interview method was used, and the basic information of the interviewees was combined with the questionnaire. With the help of grounded theory, the original interview data were coded, and the factors influencing user participation in online health communities were analyzed. Then, the emotional experience and feedback mechanism model of user participation in online health communities was constructed by combining the "emotion-cognitive recursive model". Finally, effective cases were screened from the questionnaire, and the configuration of the influencing factors of user participation behavior and affective feedback was explored based on the principle of qualitative comparative analysis and calculation of fuzzy sets. [Results/Conclusions] Through the grounded theory coding, six factors affecting user participation behavior are obtained: risk perception, platform cognition, demand motivation, platform experience, user emotion and environment. Then combined with the cognitive-affective model, the seven main categories derived from the rooted coding were divided into three dimensions: cognitive assessment, affective experience and participatory behavior. The feedback mechanism of emotional experience after participating behavior is further studied. It is found that the cognitive evaluation including risk perception, platform cognition and demand motivation affects the emotional experience of users, thus affecting their actual participation behavior. In the process of user participation in online health community, the factors of cognitive assessment, emotional experience and participation behavior interact with each other, and have a two-way effect on user participation behavior and user cognitive assessment. Further verification by fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) shows that among the six factors affecting user participation behavior, platform experience and demand motivation are the core conditions affecting user participation in online health community, and the three single factor variables of user emotion, environment and platform cognition do not necessarily affect the generation of user participation behavior. The extraction of influencing factors and the definition of user behavior are not comprehensive, and some real variables and key engagement behaviors may be overlooked. In addition, there is an imbalance in the number of samples on each platform. Follow-up related research can improve the pertinence of the platform and expand the sample capacity.

[Purpose/Significance] With the gradual increase of the demand for health information of Chinese residents, public libraries, as an important information inquiry institution in China, incorporate health information services into their development plan, which is of great significance to improve the health information literacy of Chinese residents. Through literature research, this paper finds that most of the existing studies focus on the analysis of the current service situation and the optimization of the service mode, while there are few studies on the influencing factors of the health information service quality of public libraries. Therefore, by constructing the indicator system of the influencing factors of the health information service quality of public libraries, and applying the fuzzy DANP method to identify and analyze the influencing factors, this paper provides a method of evaluating health information service quality of public libraries. At the same time, by analyzing the context relationship between the key factors affecting the health information service quality of public libraries, it further puts forward targeted optimization strategies, which have certain theoretical and practical significance for effectively improving the comprehensive service quality of health information in public libraries. [Method/Process] By analyzing the context relationship among the three major factors of information ecology theory, i.e. people, information and information environment, this paper constructed an indicator system of the influencing factors from the four dimensions of health information providers, health information recipients, health information and health information environment, and extracted the influencing factors. Twenty-five health informatics experts were invited to score the relationship of the influencing factors, and then the fuzzy DANP method was introduced to quantitatively identify the influencing factors, sort and determine the weight of each factor, and finally put forward targeted health information service quality optimization strategies based on the calculation results and factor characteristics. Fuzzy DANP analysis method not only retains the advantages of DEMATEL analysis method, but also makes up for the situation that the factor weight in DEMATEL analysis method cannot be quantified, so that the research results have certain accuracy and adaptability. [Results/Conclusions] The research found that health information, health information providers, service capabilities and health information environment have a significant impact on the quality of health information service in public libraries, and the cognitive preferences of health information recipients are affeced by other factors. Therefore, public libraries should improve their service level and create an open space and subdivide user groups and provide accurate services. The quality of health information service in public libraries should be improved from three aspects: improving service environment and improving librarians' skills. At the same time, there are also some limitations in the study: first, the subjective interference of expert scoring and the potential error caused by the small number of samples. Second, the indicaotr system still needs to be improved. In the follow-up research, the indicator system will be further optimized and the number of samples will be increased to deeply analyze the factors affecting the quality of health information service in public libraries.

[Purpose/Significance] In China, the elderly population is huge, and the degree of aging is obviously accelerating. The gap between urban and rural areas is obvious, with the proportion of the elderly population in rural areas being higher than that in urban areas. Along with the accelerating aging process, the health problems faced by the elderly are becoming more and more prominent, and the demand for personal health information literacy will be increasing. Research on health information literacy and health promotion among the elderly, especially the rural elderly, will become an important topic. Therefore, it is important to understand the current situation of health information literacy among rural elderly and explore its influencing factors in order to establish ways and mechanisms to successfully promote health information literacy among rural elderly. [Method/Process] This paper used a mixed approach combining literature review and quantitative research. Firstly, we formulated a questionnaire and proposed a hypothesis on the influence of socio-demographic factors on health information literacy through a review of relevant studies and investigation tools at home and abroad. Then, based on the theoretical model of knowledge, attitudes and behavior and the connotation of health information literacy, we proposed some hypotheses on the interactions between the dimensions of health information literacy. Finally, in the quantitative study, a three-stage sampling was used to conduct a household questionnaire survey of elderly people aged 60 and above in rural areas, and a total of 1 222 valid questionnaires were obtained and the hypothesis testing was performed using regression analysis and path analysis. [Results/Conclusions] The score of health information literacy of rural elderly is lower, the score of health information consciousness dimension is the highest, and the score of health information seeking dimension is the lowest. Education level, time of using smart phones, time of using the Internet, nature of work and health status are the important influencing factors of health information literacy of rural elderly (P<0.05). The most trusted source of health information for rural elderly is medical workers, but they feel it difficult to evaluate and distrust online information. Therefore, strengthening the participation of medical staff in health information literacy education for the elderly and alleviating the conflicts in use of smart phones and the Internet by elderly should be done in order to achieve effective improvement of the health information literacy of the elderly in rural areas. In addition, there are some limitations in this study. The sample size is not large enough, as well as not exploring in depth the factors influencing health information literacy from other factors such as health information behaviors of rural older adults, which will be studied in the future.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper aims to study the structure-utility relationship of descriptive information of scientific data to provide a new perspective for the theoretical study of scientific data description and a reference for the best description of agricultural scientific data in the digital environment. [Method/Process] Based on information processing theory, the lens model, the probabilistic mental model theory and the adaptive decision-making behavior framework, the relationship model between descriptive information structure and informing utility was constructed. A situational experiment was designed according to the model. In this study, 47 postgraduates from 14 institutes were invited for quasi-experimental observation by using qualitative and quantitative methods such as eye-tracking, semi-structured interview and questionnaire. First, this study used a semi-structured interview to obtain a user's cognitive interpretation of fixation points and collected the descriptive items of agricultural scientific data and their use frequency by encoding the interview text. Second, this study combined descriptive item usage path coding and user judgment confidence to obtain the combination of descriptive items with high utility. Finally, the study used multiple regression analysis to identify the descriptive items with high utility and their predictive ability, and analyzed the impact of data literacy and data utilization type on the utility of descriptive items. [Results/Conclusions] The study identified 42 descriptive items of 11 categories of agricultural scientific data and their usage characteristics. Among them, the top 5 frequently used descriptive items were subject, data, overall description, source and data production information, which played an important role in user relevance judgment. Then this study identified the combination of descriptive items with high utility and found that users' use patterns of descriptive items were diverse. Compared with making a judgment with "relevant" result, users often needed less information to achieve a high level of confidence when making an "irrelevant" judgment. This study also found that the descriptive items with high utility include source, data, use and evaluation, and data production information. It is determined that user data literacy and data utilization purpose were the influencing factors of descriptive information utility, and the effects of the two factors were preliminarily analyzed. Based on this research, the paper put forward some suggestions for improving agricultural scientific data metadata and scientific data sharing. In the future, this study will be repeated in groups with different academic backgrounds and data literacy levels, so as to enhance the generalization ability of research conclusions and construct a more effective structure of scientific data descriptive information.

[Purpose/Significance] Sina Weibo is one of the important social media in the Internet era, and its users play a key role in the development quality of its information services. Analyzing the factors that affect the quality of Sina Weibo information services from the perspective of users will help to improve the information service level, improve the efficiency of information service, and promote the more humanized development of Sina Weibo. [Method/Process] The grounded theory was selected as the research method. Through the process of data collection, three-level coding, saturation test, etc., a model of factors affecting the information service quality of Sina Weibo was constructed. Three factors, namely user base, user experience and user demand, were summarized and their effects on the information service quality were analyzed empirically using statistical methods. The rationality of the model was empirically analyzed by multilevel regression analysis. [Results/Conclusions] The research conclusion shows that user base, user experience and user demand have significant positive effects on Sina Weibo information service quality, among which user base is a guarantee factor, user perception is a key factor, and user demand is a driving factor. To be specific, user base includes user nature, spread scope and interactive experience. A large number of users from a wide range of sources constitute a good online community ecology, which is the fundamental guarantee for the development of Sina Weibo. At the same time, the quality of information service determines the user's experience. Therefore, Sina Weibo should continuously improve the quality of information service to ensure its long-term use. User experience contains user satisfaction and user preference. Specifically, it is reflected in the experience generated by users in the process of using Sina Weibo. Sina Weibo adjusts its information service mode according to users' feelings, so as to improve the quality of information service. Therefore, user experience has a significant positive impact on Sina Weibo information service quality. User demand comprises information authority, information objectivity, information effectiveness, information richness. Specifically, Weibo users tend to pay more attention to public information and have a preliminary judgment on the authority of information according to the identity of the publisher. At the same time, most users hope that the information they publish can be spread widely, which forces the information service quality of Sina Weibo to meet the relevant needs of users. Therefore, user demand has a significant positive impact on Sina Weibo information service quality.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper investigates the research on author name disambiguation published in recent years, and reviews the development context of relevant research from the perspective of the impact of data on author name disambiguation methods, so as to provide reference for further research. [Method/Process] The papers related to author name disambiguation were collected from English research databases such as Web of Science, Scopus, Google Academic, ACM Digital Library, IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, Scopus and Springer Link, and Chinese research databases such as CNKI, CQVIP and WANFANG. The search results cover the relevant papers published from 1998 to 2021. On the premise of giving consideration to authority, influence and novelty, 46 publicationswere selected for review. There are many types and structures of author name disambiguation data. For example, literature feature information is generally presented in unstructured text, and the extracted features can be stored and represented in two-dimensional tables; Citation information and interpersonal relationship are network relational data, which can be stored and represented by graphs, key value pairs or two-dimensional tables. The fundamental reason for different data structures lies in their semantic differences, but the data structure itself determines its applicable algorithm. According to the structure of characteristic data used in the author name disambiguation task and the different corresponding data processing algorithms, the relevant research is divided into three categories: 1) disambiguation method based on literature characteristics, 2) disambiguation method based on social network and 3) disambiguation method by integrating external knowledge. The impact of data on the author name disambiguation method is examined from the data level. [Results/Conclusions] The analysis found that with the progress of technology, deep learning methods have been widely used. Compared with the improvement of the model, the feature learning and representation based on deep learning can significantly improve the effect of the author name disambiguation algorithm. In addition, in order to overcome the problem of insufficient data utilization by a single method and improve the utilization efficiency of data, the three methods show the trend of mutual combination and complementary gain. From the literature research results, there are few related studies on incremental author name disambiguation and multi-language author name disambiguation, which could be one of the directions for further research.

[Purpose/Significance] This paper mainly discusses the operational logic and value embodiment of the new media ecological and innovative service by public libraries from five aspects of audio-visual, intelligent, virtual IP, value guidance and integration, and promotes the new media service by public libraries through paying attention to the trend of industry rules, rationally allocating resources, and advocating cooperation and sustainable development. Finally, we will build a new media service with high sharing and high effectiveness, matching with social benefits, realizing intelligent knowledge management and sharing, forming a knowledge grid for intelligent exploration, discovery, storage, sharing, transmission and connection of information resources, and constructing a new media service with certain competitiveness that can provide high-level think tank services. [Method/Process] Based on the research methods of literature survey, online survey and participatory observation, this paper took the main new media accounts of 150 public libraries above the county level in Guangdong Province as the survey objects, relying on the business data platform of Guangdong Provincial Library, and from the users’ publishing and reading of new media such as WeChat, Weibo, Tik Tok and WeChat Video. We investigated the current situation of new media services of public libraries in the whole province, explored the key contents of new media ecological innovation and development of public libraries, and put forward innovative development strategies accordingly. [Results/Conclusions] The development of new media ecological innovation in public libraries mainly includes five key points: audio-visual, intelligent, virtual IP, value guidance and integration, which have great room for utilization and improvement in practice. Based on the analysis of the above five key services, through the introduction and analysis of a number of digital professional data reports, combined with the development trend of the new media industry, market demand and the application of new technologies, as well as the application practice of new media in public libraries, five innovative development strategies have been put forward. First, public libraries are suggested to develop audio-visual marketing, deep cultivation of popular knowledge and value-led short videos and to launch audio services adapted to the "ear economy" and expand more learning audio-visual platforms. Second, public libraries pay attention to digital intelligence empowerment, actively explore intelligent scenarios, create a multi-dimensional new media memory storage service warehouse, and explore panoramic interaction and think tank services. Third, the combination of virtual and real service in public libraries tries to integrate with the depth of new technology, and form a long-term IP ecological operation. Fourth, an emphasis should be put on value guidance, cultural mission, dissemination of red culture, and positive energy guidance. Fifth, a high degree of integration is built on a cross-border synergy matrix, and promote the integration of traditional media and new media.
