[Purpose/Significance] The development of 5G technology provides a communication network foundation for the development of big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, Internet of things and other technologies, and the application of these new generation technologies will promote the intelligent construction of libraries, so as to improve the quality of information service and enhance user experience. [Method/Process] The evaluation index was preliminarily constructed by the literature review method, and it was revised by the questionnaire survey method. Combined with the characteristics of 5G technology different from 4G technology, the information service quality evaluation system of a mobile library under 5G environment was finally constructed; 16 indexes are divided from four dimensions of resources, demand, environment and efficiency, the weight of each index is determined by analytic hierarchy process, the calculation results are run by MATLAB, and the consistency is tested. Finally, based on the mobile library information service quality evaluation system under 5G environment, this paper puts forward improvement strategies for the development of mobile library information service. [Results/Conclusions] In the evaluation system, the resource factor has the largest weight, followed by the efficiency factor. In the 5G era, mobile libraries need to give priority to using 5G technology to ensure the timeliness of information, remove miscellaneous and outdated information, and broaden the platform for users to obtain information. At the same time, mobile libraries should focus on using 5G technology to ensure the stability of the network and provide users with better information services with lower delay.

[Purpose/Significance] Abstracts of scientific documents are often composed of sections with specific functions. Using the deep learning method to identify structural functions of abstracts of scientific documents is conducive to the in-depth analysis of the documents. [Method/Process] In this paper, identifying structural functions of abstracts of scientific documents is transformed into a text classification problem, and its structure functions are divided into four categories: "introduction, methods, results, conclusions (IMRC)". Based on the text content and context features of abstract sentences, the classifier is constructed based on deep learning models such as BERT, BERT-BiLSTM, BERT-TextCNN and ERNIE, to automatically identify structural functions of abstracts of scientific documents. [Results/Conclusions] Experiments are carried out on a dataset with 3,130 articles in the field of eHealth. The results show that the scores of indicators for ERNIE are higher than other models. BERT-TextCNN model is better in dealing with short text, while BERT-BiLSTM model is better in handling long sentences. The method proposed in this paper is helpful for the fine-grained functional understanding of scientific literature abstracts, and is of great significance to the in-depth mining of scientific literature and literature based knowledge discovery.

[Purpose/Significance] In order to solve the problems of incomplete data chain and insufficient data support decision-making ability in agricultural science and technology management, this paper put forward a set of industrial knowledge service model based on the needs of scientific management in agriculture, and completed the key part of the model, the research and practice on association of scientific data and scientific literature. This study will provide theoretical and practical cases for library and information science (LIS) research institutions to serve agricultural science and technology management and industrial development. [Method/Process] Firstly, this paper reviews the current situation of research into knowledge service and data association. Secondly, based on the analysis of characteristics of industrial requirements and data management life cycle in agricultural science and technology management, the paper constructed a knowledge service model with industrial characteristics. Then, based on the agricultural science data and scientific literature of Sichuan Province, the study designed and constructed an ontology model and system based on industrial elements. [Results/Conclusions] 20 data types, 24 284 scientific data entries and related scientific literature were integrated. And we established multi-source heterogeneous data association in 1 system platform and 1 sub-platform with Chinese and English data. The research results will provide reference for cross-field cooperation between agricultural science and technology management and LIS research, and cross-departmental sharing of scientific data and scientific literature.

[Purpose/Significance] For rural areas, which are in a relatively information disadvantage, information can directly affect the probability of success of entrepreneurs, and it is important to clarify the characteristics and status of rural entrepreneurial youth's information needs to promote rural youth entrepreneurship development and rural revitalization. [Methods/Process] In this paper, we found through interviews and questionnaire research that the intensity of information needs of rural entrepreneurial youth in the field of entrepreneurship is influenced by factors such as age, income level, and industry characteristics. [Conclusions/Results] There are still more people in the group of rural entrepreneurial youth who have a lower level of understanding of entrepreneurial information, a lower level of information need satisfaction, and a lower level of recognition of public information services. In order to better mobilize the entrepreneurial enthusiasm of rural entrepreneurial youth and improve their success rate, the government and social forces should be given full play to promote the relevance, applicability and modern means of rural information services to promote the development of rural youth entrepreneurship.

[Purpose/Significance] Library is a cultural front for reading promotion. Currently, China is vigorously promoting reading for all. As a new way of reading, audio reading has gradually won more and more people's attention and applause. [Method/Process] The article attempts to understand the current situation of audio reading promotion in public libraries through the literature survey method and analyzes the significance and driving force of audio reading promotion. It is proposed that public libraries should first focus on building audio reading resources with their own characteristics and digital audio resource sharing platforms. [Results/Conclusions] Public libraries should conform to the trend of the times, provide reader needs-oriented service and carry out multiple-dimensional audio reading promotional activities.

[Purpose/Significance] To analyze the factors affecting the quality of 24-hour self-service library service under the background of normal state of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, and to perform comprehensive and reasonable evaluation. It is of certain guiding significance for self-service libraries to deal with possible public health emergencies in the future. [Method/Process] Through semi-structured interviews, using root theory, combining the characteristics of 24-hour self-service libraries, and from the aspects of literature resources, physical environment, system function, interaction quality and management level, we selected 21 indicators to build service quality evaluation index system, and used hierarchical analysis to determine the weight of various indicators, form a calculation formula of self-service library comprehensive score under the background of normal state of epidemic prevention and control. Finally, two 24-hour self-service libraries were selected for the empirical study. [Results/Conclusions] Under the background of normal state of COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control, and on the basis of ensuring the quality of their information resources, self-service libraries should pay attention to the environment in the libraries, improve management efficiency, and do a good job in daily maintenance.

[Purpose/Significance] The construction of the "the Belt and Road Initiative" as a major national regional development strategy with an emphasis on technological innovation and talent as the core in the new era, has brought new opportunities for the development of entrepreneurship and innovation education and talent training in universities. [Method/Process] Based on the current domestic and foreign research status of the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities of college students, this paper puts forward 34 kinds of abilities that college students are supposed to have in innovation and entrepreneurship under the background of the "the Belt and Road Initiative". A questionnaire survey on its importance, current ability, the expectations of the status quo and development was held and an in-depth discussion was followed. Through correlation analysis, the necessity of these abilities in three research areas is demonstrated. [Results/Conclusions] Through correlation analysis, the necessity of these abilities in the three aspects of research is demonstrated, so as to expand the effective path of cultivating the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students under the background of "the Belt and Road Initiative", and to realize the high-quality and conjunctive development of mass entrepreneurship and innovation education.
