[Purpose / Significance] This paper summarizes and analyzes the semantic models for the content of scientific literature in order to provide references for the research and application of literature modeling. [Method / Process] According to the characteristics, current semantic models for scientific literature are divided into document component model, rhetoric structure model and scientific discourse model. Based on the comparative analysis among these semantic models, a journal article is taken as an example to discuss the applications of semantic models from the perspectives of knowledge management, semantic publishing, semantic retrieval, and scientific discourse analysis. [Results / Conclusions] The semantic model for the content of scientific literature promotes the in-depth exploration of literature, the positioning of knowledge structure and the correlation analysis, improves the discovery, sharing and utilization of fine-grained knowledge in literature, and will contribute to science communication and knowledge innovation.

[Purpose/Significance] Software is an important foundation and support for the development of national information industry and information construction. Software products are knowledge-intensive products and knowledge activities run through the whole process in software development. At present, there are few studies on knowledge collaboration in software enterprises from the perspective of open innovation. This research constructs the concept model and mechanism of knowledge collaboration in software enterprises from the perspective of open innovation, helps software enterprises in China to reduce the cost of knowledge innovation, and achieve win-win results and achieve the synergy effect of "1 +1>2". [Methods/Process] Based on the existing theories, the paper constructs a conceptual model of knowledge collaboration and related mechanism for software enterprises. [Results/Conclusions] We discuss the process of knowledge sharing, identification, transfer, application and innovation between software enterprises and external stakeholders to promote the optimal use of knowledge resources. We put forward the knowledge collaboration mechanism of software enterprises from the perspective of open innovation, including heterogeneous coordination mechanism, trust and communication mechanism, benefit distribution mechanism and property right protection mechanism, in order to enrich the research in the field of knowledge collaboration and provide guidance for software enterprises.

[Purpose / Significance] The development of blockchain technology has brought new opportunities to the construction of scientific research integrity. Utilizing the characteristics of blockchain that cannot be tampered with and forged, it can effectively solve problems such as the credibility of scientific research results and the identification of authenticity. The ordered pattern and fixed format of the data on the chain also provide solutions for unifying the uneven data of various platforms. [Method / Process] Based on the rigorous hierarchical structure of the blockchain, this paper designs an architectural model that conforms to the characteristics of a scientific research integrity system. It applies an open source technology platform for data classification storage and on-chain operations. Based on the library institutional repository and graduates' paper platform, this paper analyzes the process by which scientific misconduct is recorded and tracked. [Results / Conclusions] The characteristics of distributed storage of the blockchain will make the scientific research results in the library management platform open and transparent, while protecting the copyright of scientific research. It also allows academic misconduct such as plagiarism and falsified data to appear, thereby effectively improving scientific research proactive awareness of integrity and providing theoretical and practical help to scientific institutions and researchers.

[Purpose/Significance] Based on our understanding of the actual needs of senior readers for library gaming services, and summarizing relevant overseas experiences of gaming success, the paper puts forward suggestions on gaming services for senior citizens in China's public libraries, providing references for future related research and practice. [Methods/Procedures] The authors first surveyed the current status of gaming services for the elderly in public libraries at home and abroad by literature review and visiting library websites. Then semi-structured interviews were conducted with 14 elderly readers to investigate and analyze their demand for library gaming services. [Results/Conclusions] Based on the research results and drawing on the successful experience of providing gaming services for senior users of international public libraries, this paper puts forward rational suggestions for the development of gaming services for the elderly in public libraries in China from five aspects: service concept, service resources, service form, service mechanism, and service management.

[Purpose/Significance] Reading promotion is an important task for university libraries. Studying the reading promotion work in Arts university libraries, as an important part of university libraries, can provide some references for other university libraries to promote reading among the public. [Method/Process] Taking the reading promotion work of Tianjin Conservatory of Music Library as the research object, and through the analysis of the subject and object of the reading promotion, readers and ways of promotion, this paper explores the existing problems in the reading promotion work of art university libraries and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions. [Results/Conclusions] Art university libraries should give full play to their functional advantages, improve their political standing, carry out work around the overall development of the university, and strengthen the top-level design of reading promotion. In the selection of reading materials, we should deepen the investigation and combine readers' professional background and reading preferences to provide accurate services. In terms of promotion methods, this paper highlights the professional characteristics of art colleges and universities, emphasizes the aesthetic value of art, and creates promotion brands. In the development of activities, we need to deepen cooperation and establish a long-term mechanism.

[Purpose / Significance] Through review of the current status of electronic resource purchasing consortium, we discuss the current problems and put forward improvement suggestions. [Method / Process] This paper explores technological development of different types of consortia, provides an in-depth analysis of organization management framework, purchase workflow and ways of cost allocation, summarizes the features and highlights and analyzes the shortcomings or problems. By referring to typical purchase cases of library consortia in and outside of China and studying related studies, we put forward countermeasures and suggestions in six aspects by combining the actual situation of libraries in funding and platforms. [Results / Conclusions] The paper points out the effective ways to improve the purchase efficiency of library consortia: 1) establishing improved operation systems; 2) optimizing price models and expanding fund-raising channels; 3) building the evaluation indicator system for evaluation of electronic resources based on multi-dimensional indicators including content, use and service; 4) integrating internal resources of the consortium and constructing unified information exchange platforms; 5) raising awareness of the law, and strengthening the leadership of the consortium in long term preservation and permanent use; 6) paying attention to cooperation with multiple parties, building consortia of different types in a flexible way and sharpening the competitive edge.
