The investigation into the co-construction and sharing of collection resources in some "211Project" universities shows that the unbalanced development of regions, the shortage in resource constructions, the co-construction and sharing of characteristic collection is more hysteretic, specialized characteristic collection system has not been established,and resources repetition construction is more serious. Therefore, the construction of characteristic collection resources in university libraries could adopt the pattern of province alliance and area cooperation and the pattern of outstanding collection theme interlibrary loans, establish characteristic database and information share plat form, driving for the construction of information sharing thorough the training personal and so on, in order to realize the co-construction and sharing of information resources better.

On the basis of full investigation of the various community forums website, take the posting and replies situation in discussion forums of Tianya community forum in Nanjing region from September 1, 2012 to November 30, 2012 as the sample data. This article uses the social network analysis tool Ucinet to analyze the relationship network attributes of the sample data formed by Tianya community in Nanjing region. This article also uses the mapping tool Net draw to visualize the community map formed by the Tianya community in Nanjing region users. Finally，the article gives a further analysis of the characteristics of member relationship network in the community and forum，and puts some suggestions for improvement, bring some advices in other fields.

At the present, Chinese ancient books were processed and edited by modern information technology, which implied that the books in paper would be saved well through internet, compact disc and other electronic data formats. It,named as digital treatment, represented the future perspective on the protection of Chinese ancient books. In the study, some typical and significant parameters, like the contents, interface design, search function, and the output results of Chinese Databank of Basic Ancient Books and Chinese Digital Library of Ancient Books, were compared and discussed. Based on the questionnaire survey of purchasing books by public bidding in 55 university Libraries, analysis the existing problems of books procurement by public bidding, the successful experience and solutions of it. The Survey showed that: the university library has already formed the stable books procurement by bidding mode; the Chinese and English book discount basic consensus; the standard of judging has basically formed a consensus; but there was a difference in the evaluation criteria, evaluation rules, the execution of the contract, and the evaluation index of the supplier. Librarians should be formulate annual work plan in order to meet the public bidding mode; Librarians should establish contact with important press, collect the important press bibliography; Librarians should formulate evaluation index in detail, and evaluate the supplier regularly.

A huge collection of precious ancient books has been remained for our decedents in this long history of book collections.The human civilization, therefore, kept moving during thousands of years in the past. These collections make great contribution to ancient culture preservation and culture distribution. The paper explores that the collectors in Haining in Qing dynasty played important roles and made much impact to book collections at their best times.

In combination of the publication practice of 'Northern Horticulture', a series of publication principles and theme were put forward for the healthy development of sci-tech periodical in new period from the following aspects: enhancing innovative awareness to establish brand, accurate positioning to definite the periodical theme,strengthen editing and planning to improve periodical quality, development of a strong editor team to improve personal quality of editors, using modern editorial operation mechanism to improve binding quality. Sci-tech periodical brand is a strategic resource and an intangible asset, greater survival and development space could be obtained through clearing positioning, keeping pace with the times, flexibility, steadily development, to lay a foundation for the sustainable development of periodical.
