Using Java and its Word file manipulating library, i.e., docx4j, we wrote a program which could handle the saved records of WoS data and decide the citing papers to be self-citation or not, then automatically generated the report from the Word file template. It could at the same time export several summary files containing the papers' and their citing papers' statistic data which then can be used for reports editing or institutions repository data storing. This program separated the human tasks and the data analysis workflow, which could save quite a lot of time-consuming human interference for some other automated workflow systems, making reports generating process simpler and more compact. This paper used haze problem in Chai Jing's Below the Dome as the entry point, and collected more than a thousand relevant weibo data. The experiment combined sentiment lexicon with sentiment analysis technology to analyze sentiment of Sina weibo 's text public opinions, and then expressed the public opinion situation of the event quickly, timely and objectively. In addition, through the analysis of the status quo of haze, it can help the relevant functional departments understand public opinions and play a necessary role in decision-making. This paper investigated and analyzed the application status of the books positioning function in 140 Libsys typical users, and introduced in detail the design idea and method of application in the Libsys 5.5, and analyzed the existing problems and proposed solutions. With the available software and hardware, based on the books localization function in Libsys 5.5, the adding location navigation map for the library collection can solve the difficulty in finding books. The results of this study strongly supported the TAM theory to understand user acceptance of mobile library applications. Perceived usefulness, interactivity, and ease of use had significant effects on user attitude and intention to use mobile library applications. Further, user satisfaction had the most powerful effect on intention to use among the construction included in the model. In order to deal with them, a reading resource recommendation model was proposed based on mobile scene fusion. And its frameworks, working flows and key sub-algorithms were given. It used the mobile scenes as reading atlas nodes, the relations of mobile scenes as weighted reading atlas edges, and the grey fuzzy to integrate the library collection and reading requires, and customized the reading resource recommendation catalog. The experimental results showed that the model had higher client request coverage, better recommendation matching degrees and cost performance.
