    The "Internet+" era has spurred deep integration between various industries and the Internet. The demand for information from enterprises has also been transferred from traditional shallow information to deep knowledge service. Knowledge service is demand-driven and innovation-driven,highly knowledge-intensive service. Based on the characteristics of current enterprises' information needs, this paper designed an enterprise information service platform based on knowledge service to provide deep knowledge service for enterprise development.

    In the process of constructing the personalized service system for college library readers, the application of data mining technology can further dig out the potential value of data information, ensure the more efficient use of these data information, and provide more targeted information services for readers. In this paper, through the analysis of the function of the personalized service system for college library readers, the paper expounds the design of the personalized service system for college library readers, and points out the process and conditions for the realization of the personalized service system for college library readers. The application of personalized service system for college library readers will further improve the service quality and efficiency of college library readers.

Library as an important carrier of cultural transmission, audio-visual reading should fully use of network resources, further strengthen interaction and communication, and readers reading promotion service for the library activities endowed with new connotation. On this, points out the network audio and video interaction and the library reading the correspondency of extension services, combined with the practice was discussed based on interactive network audio-visual reading propagation mode of library reading promotion service, finally put forward the library based on interactive network audio-visual reading promotion service innovation strategy.

    Under the background of the rapid development of "Internet+", the knowledge service work in university library has been facing new changes, new problems and new challenges, and presenting a new trend of development. Therefore, it is urgently need to speed up the transformation of service mode. Based on the connotation and main problems of knowledge service in university library, focusing on the new features and new requirements, this paper proposed six strategies of knowledge service for university library under the "Internet +" background: Reconstructing business management system, setting up humanized service concept, establishing cooperative service alliance, using the intelligent service, improving the service conditions of sharing and building the embedded service mode.

    In the new development environment, think-tank as an important component to support the development of all sectors of society, is necessary to enhance service level and service quality in open innovation environment. Based on the impact of open innovation environment on the development of new think-tank, this paper summarized the development trend of current knowledge service from three aspects of service orientation, service content, service system, and put forward the basic problems to build new think-tank service mode in open innovation environment from service framework, system and method. Finally, it proposed the development strategy of knowledge service mode for new think-tank from environment, mechanism, service and technology, so as to promote the improvement of knowledge service level of library think-tank under the new situation.

    As the important information and logistics intermediary in agricultural supply chain, the information issue of agricultural products dealers has been ignored for long time. This paper made the questionnaire survey and unstructured interview of 356 dealers, and analyzed their information requirement characteristics and influence factors combined with factor analysis and hierarchical regression analysis. The results showed that the dealers had strong demands on specialized weather forecast information and food safety information, and their information demands was influenced by marketing character rather than human character, which meant the information service design should focus on the scale and organization type of dealers. Finally it proposed the information service design advice based on research results.

This paper used the crawlers written by Python language to obtain the article samples from five wechat public accounts of domestic university libraries and international student administrations, and analyzed the difference of article quantity and contents, and proposed that libraries should pay attention to the psychological changes of international students, and proactively promote the process of heterological acculturation by organizing activities, multisectoral cooperation and personalized service.

    In order to sort out the effect and deficiency of mobile reading service in Jiangxi's university libraries and improve service level, this paper compared and analyzed the mode, content and plate of mobile reading service between Jiangxi's universities and domestic famous universities. The results showed that, the mobile reading service in Jiangxi province had good platform and foundation, but there was a big gap in the width and depth of service. To improve the level of mobile reading service in Jiangxi province, it should increase the service intensity, expand the service width, excavate the characteristics and strengthen the service depth according to the actual situation.
