Development and Strategy Research of Digital Resource in Local University Library

Abstract: With the progress of the times, and the rapid change of science and technology, university library and the information of its users have greatly changed. The traditional academic resource vectors, such as books and journals, are just a few in users’ information, while the information environment of users is being into omnimedia era. According to the analysis on the development trend of library’s digital resource, the strategies were put forward to provide a reference.
