Analysis of University Library’s Service on Characteristic Specialty Construction Based on the Concept of Think Tank

Abstract: Starting with the development situation of China’s think tank, this paper discussed the feasibility and importance of common university library to supply talent training, teaching and scientific research development, teacher troops building, specialty communication and interaction, and quality evaluation of talent training for characteristic specialty construction, and proposed that library should take service organization construction, service resource construction and service brand construction as guarantee, to carry forward the smooth implementation of characteristic specialty construction serviced by think tank service.
