Abstract: Through the analysis on the current situation and problems of library’s reading promotion in the cloud environment in China, in order to promote its transformation and innovation, this paper put forward the sustainable development effect of reading promotion under the new environment for public library, including the change of thinking, the innovation of content and form, the change of formation mechanism and the construction of cooperative sharing mechanism.
