Exploration on Practice of Library Development Way under Network Environment

Abstract: Under the network environment, the information acquisition, storage, processing, transmission and providing services in the library were changing greatly. This article exported the practice of the library development way under the network environment with the Library of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the case from the view of meeting the demand of network.
