Abstract: In the era of knowledge economy,strengthen knowledge management and service work is the inevitable choice for the survival and development of university library. This paper makes some research and thinking on knowledge management and service of modern university library. Then mainly discusses the subject service,the information resource service,training users self-service and advancement of knowledge resources sharing and other issues of people-oriented. 12refs.
