Abstract: It is mutually beneficial and win-win for both libraries and publishers to make a study on interaction and cooperation. The new forms of cooperation include bibliographic data transfer, co-hosting the book trade, jointly organizing seminars and lectures. Diversified cooperation can not only promote the exchange of information from both sides, accessing libraries access to comprehensive, effective and publishing information timely, but also greatly improve the publishers brand influence, and effectively promote the library distribution sales growth. The social interaction and cooperation is conducive to working together to strengthen the dynamic supervision of library services.
