Abstract: In this paper, through Internet and on-site research, Study in the university library under the network environment in the literature resource construction, research ability, human resource construction and management system facing the opportunities and challenges, Put forward the ideas and methods of all kinds of challenges 。To better improve the library's internal management and service, Make the library construction into a green, harmonious, sustainable development road.
