KC:Based on Information Behavior——Future Service Mode of University Libraries Under the Situation of Ubiquitous Knowledge Environment

Abstract: 3G mobile communication technology, which has high bandwidth and data transmission rate, provides a new historical good opportunity and challenge to the development of modern library. Traditional digital library is far from the individual requirements of 3G age in infrastructure, administration architecture and service mode. So It is inevitable that corresponding reform to improve the adaptability of the traditional library to 3G communication technology. In this paper, a new method for modern library is proposed combining the characteristics of 3G and the shortcomings of the traditional library.
