Abstract: Due to difficulties in minority user education, “Living Library”, as a new library informationservice mode, brings some new revelations to minority user education: Recruiting the “Living Library”which each has his advantages will help to adapt the characteristics of user and to provide targetedservices; Helping minority users to gain information and improve reading desire; mining out tacitknowledge of “Living Books” to realize “win-win” maximization in the library service.
