Abstract: ubiquitous knowledge environment is the direction and aim of the development of the library, is a kind of brand-new knowledge environment. The university library development needs of the times, to construct its own characteristics information commons, is a new exploration of library service mode. This articletakes Harbin engineering university Library as an example, through the feasibility analysis, put forward the construction of Harbin engineering university Library information Commons project, should pay attention to and the problems in the construction of.
