Abstract: "Ubiquitous knowledge environment" is a new kind of environment which consists of network,hardware,software,information resources and human knowledge. it can offer knowledge creators and users a lot of ways to access to information. In this case,university libraries must take actions to change their resources and services. This paper discussed the ways to help universities libraries find their future in ubiquitous knowledge environment.
