Novelty Search Personnel Quality Impact on the Quality of SCI- tech Novelty Search

Abstract: The quality of novelty search is the soul of SCI- tech novelty search services. The quality of novelty searching personnel directly decide the quality of the SCI- tech novelty search. Analysis on the impact of personnel quality on the quality of SCI -tech novelty search from the respects of professional ethics, communication skills, professional knowledge, the level of foreign language, written expression ability and information retrieval skills etc. And on how to improve the quality of the novelty searching member put forward its own proposals.
