How to build an evaluation system of University Library social services

Abstract: Social Service of University Library can be cut separation of relatively independent cycle unit. A separate cycle is as a separate project. Project management is the key to establish a scientific evaluation system. Project Evaluation system need to cover project capacity evaluation, project process evaluation and the project results evaluation. Library social service can refer to project management to build one social services evaluation system with a clear content, element, index and weight.
