Abstract: One of the most important problems faced by university libraries is how to provide better services for the disciplinary construction. This article approaches the subject from the functional change of university library , current situation of its disciplinary service while proposing methods for better disciplinary service construction. It is the primary goal for this paper to serve as reference in building up new disciplinary service system and to better serve the university disciplines construction.
