Improving the Cultural soft Power of University by Professional Quality Training of University Librarians

Abstract: University library has played a decisive role in the construction of university's soft power, while the soft power is made up of the staff quality, service consciousness, innovation consciousness, professional quality and other cultural spirit of university library. Through incentive, assessment, feedback and other means, university library should perfect professional quality training of university librarians and promote normalized and institutionalized training to improve its role in the improvement of university's cultural soft power.
