Strategy Research on the Knowledge Service of University Library

Abstract: In Big Data era, users have put forward new demands on the service of university library. Under the new situation, university library proposed to develop knowledge service and provide knowledge products meeting users' requirements. Considering the differences of knowledge service existing in different university libraries, the paper presented the following measures to deal with users' new demands in the environment of vast information: establishing the concept of knowledge service, building reasonable library collection resource system, constructing high-quality knowledge service team, training users' awareness to take advantage of knowledge service, building knowledge service platform and carrying out scientific performance evaluation.
