Abstract: As the traditional editor of scientific and technical journal, have a lot of good qualities. With the advent of digital publishing era, the traditional scientific journal editors to inherit and carry forward on the basis of excellent quality, according to the characteristics of digital publishing era, through diligently learning, constantly improve their computer, network and other aspects of the quality, in order to conform to adapt to the digital publishing era .
